Covic, a French bulldog from Houston, Texas, was reunited with his family after an unexpected adventure far from home. On May 14, brothers Luc and Loi Nguyen accidentally let Covic slip out while opening their garage door.
Despite searching the neighborhood, posting flyers, and using social media, the family feared their beloved dog had been stolen. Then, an astonishing phone call came from Chicago.

“We get a call from Chicago. She said: ‘Is this your dog? This might be your dog. I can FaceTime and show you. Is this your dog?’” Luc Nguyen recounted. “And we have the dog. That’s him.”
