Chandigarh police reported a disturbing dog attack that occurred on the evening in the city’s Sector 21. A 23-year-old man, Kartik Gandhi, was bitten multiple times by a pet German Shepherd outside House Number 230. Gandhi, a resident of Dera Bassi, sustained several injuries in the attack.
According to police, the dog was unleashed by its owner at the time of the incident. Kartik told authorities that he had parked his car near the owner’s residence while visiting his office nearby when the attack happened.
