Animal lovers in Raleigh County have a chance to get their pets vaccinated during the annual Anti-Rabies Clinic traveling through the region this week.
Hosted by the Raleigh County Assessor’s Office, the clinic offers a cost-effective way for pet owners to catch up on important vaccinations. Over half a dozen different pet vaccines will be available at discounted rates at several locations across the county.
“For a county this size, this is a great opportunity for people to take advantage of,” said Linda Sumner, Raleigh County Assessor. “It’s a valuable service to help pet owners protect their animals.”
The clinic is held in partnership with the Humane Society of Raleigh County, which will host the event at their shelter on June 14th and 15th.
Before that, the mobile clinic will visit the Harper, Bolt, Lester, and Glen Daniel areas on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
This traveling clinic aims to make pet vaccinations accessible and affordable throughout Raleigh County.
