Essex Police have released a photo of a woman they wish to speak to regarding an incident in which a child was injured by a dog at Priory Park in Southend-on-Sea. The incident took place on March 3 at around 16:30 GMT, when a child was knocked off their bike and hurt by a dog that was off its lead and jumped up at them.
Officers are asking anyone with information or footage related to the incident to contact them via phone at 101. The photo was only recently made available for public release.
