The dog park at Winder Recreation Park in Somerset County is temporarily closed after strong winds caused damage overnight.
Officials reported that a large tree branch fell late Saturday night, damaging the side fence of the dog park located within the public park.

The closure will remain in effect while crews remove the branch and repair the fence. Officials expect to reopen the dog park later this week.
